Genuine parts for Edilkamin, EK63 and Girolami stoves and Kaisai air conditioners. Common consumables are in stock; specific parts are ordered from the manufacturer, usually within 48 to 72 h. Give us the model and the serial number: we find the right part number.
The parts we keep in stock
For Edilkamin, EK63 and Girolami: door seals, igniters, sensors, fans, augers, remote controls. Circuit boards, gear motors and cladding parts are ordered from the manufacturer.
For Kaisai, we order parts from the Klima-Therm Group. A part of the refrigerant circuit is replaced by a certified technician.
The information to provide
- The exact model of the appliance and its serial number (rating plate).
- The part number if you have it: it appears on the exploded view in the manual.
- A photo of the part and of the rating plate, in reply to the acknowledgement email.
Who can order
Parts sales are reserved for professionals, at their account's net price. A private individual who needs a part goes through their installer, or through an installer in our network whom we recommend.

How do I find a part number?
On the exploded view in the appliance's manual, where there is one. Otherwise, send the model, the serial number and a photo of the part: we find the part number.
Do you supply pattern (non-original) parts?
No. For the brands we distribute, we supply only the manufacturer's genuine parts.
Is the part covered by the warranty?
If the appliance is under warranty and the manufacturer recognises the defect, yes. In that case, make an after-sales request rather than a parts request: we open the warranty claim.
