Installer or homeowner: where to start
Installers and dealers
Official price list, net prices on every product page, online purchase order, technical support and after-sales service. The account is free and approved by hand within 24 working hours.
Homeowners
We do not sell direct: an installer from our network quotes for the installation, fits the appliance and commissions it. A problem with an appliance that is already installed? Send an after-sales request.
Our brands
Four brands, chosen for their reliability in the field and the availability of parts. Each brand page sets out the ranges, the selling points for your customer and the after-sales service.
What we distribute
Two trades, one supplier. The catalogue is sorted the way you work: by type of appliance, then by brand.
How it works
Three steps, no pointless paperwork.
- 01
You create your account
Company name, VAT number, line of business. Two minutes. We check every application by hand.
- 02
We approve your account
We check your VAT number and your line of business, usually within 24 working hours. Once your account is approved, your discounted net prices appear next to the list prices, on every product page.
- 03
You order, we deliver
Basket, purchase order, confirmation by email the same day. Invoicing on your terms, no online payment imposed.
Register and your discounts apply across the catalogue
The list price is the manufacturer's public price excl. VAT. Once your account is approved, your trade discounts apply to the whole catalogue and your net prices are shown on every product page. Your terms stay confidential.
Discounts across the whole catalogue
Stoves, inserts, boilers and air conditioning: as soon as you are logged in, your net price is shown below the list price, variants included.
