Delivery and logistics

Zones and lead times

Lead times are given as an indication. A contractual lead time must be stated expressly on the purchase order and accepted by us in writing.

• Belgium: dispatch within 48 to 72 hours from stock, delivery by carrier with tail lift for palletised appliances.
• France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany: 3 to 10 working days depending on destination and stock.
• References on order from the manufacturer: 3 to 5 weeks for stoves, 4 to 6 weeks for boilers and some finishes. The actual lead time is confirmed in the order acknowledgement.

Delivery charges

In Belgium, delivery is free from €2,050 excl. VAT per order. Below that, the actual transport costs are stated in the confirmation before dispatch. You can then top up the order or choose collection.

Outside Belgium, charges depend on weight, volume and destination. We quote them in the order confirmation.

Collection in Hélécine

You can collect your equipment from the warehouse Monday to Friday, by appointment. Bring a suitable vehicle: a stove weighs 90 to 250 kg on a pallet, a boiler more. We load with you.

Receipt and reservations

Check the condition of the packages on delivery, in the presence of the carrier. Any visible damage must be noted on the delivery note and reported to us by email within 48 hours with photos. Without written reservations, the carrier declines all liability and we cannot open a claim.

Goods travel at the consignee's risk from handover to the carrier, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Transport insurance can be added on request.

Returns

Sales between professionals carry no right of withdrawal. A return remains possible, with our prior written agreement, for a new item in its original packaging, not installed, within 14 days of delivery, with return and restocking costs at the customer's expense. Items ordered specifically (colours, finishes, boilers) are not taken back.
