Girolami has been designing and building its appliances in Sant'Oreste, near Rome, since 1970. A family business, two generations, and a patent that makes a real difference to the user: bottom feeding, launched in 2006.

We distribute Girolami for three needs that other brands cover poorly: the wood-pellet hybrid that switches from one fuel to the other on its own, the stove that does not need daily cleaning of the burn pot, and the 26 to 34 kW boilers to replace an oil boiler.

Why we distribute it

Patented bottom feeding
Pellets arrive under the burn pot instead of dropping onto it. Combustion is steadier, less ash builds up and the stove lights even with a dirty burn pot. For the customer, no more daily cleaning of the burn pot. Fewer complaints for you.
Automatic wood-pellet hybrid
A single combustion chamber for logs and pellets, and the switch from one to the other happens on its own. The hybrid hydro stoves and boilers also take crushed natural biomass. For customers who have wood and want the flexibility of pellets.
Ducted with three fans
On the ducted Vert, Flow and Curvy, three independent fans (two on the Split) adjust their speed to the temperature of each room. Trikey wireless thermostat as an option.
Biotec Evo boilers
26, 30 or 34 kW, in a pellet or wood-pellet hybrid version. Domestic hot water coil as standard on the hybrid, DHW kit as an option on the pellet version. Replacing oil in a detached house, with a single supplier for the stove and the boiler.

Questions from installers

Does a Girolami stove need less maintenance?

Yes for daily cleaning: bottom feeding stops the burn pot from sooting up. Annual servicing of the flue and the heat exchanger still has to be planned.

Does the wood-pellet hybrid really work without adjustment?

The appliance detects the fuel loaded and switches from pellets to logs on its own, and back again. The user has nothing to select in the menu.

Is the Girolami Vert a hybrid?

No. The Vert is a ducted pellet stove. Girolami's wood-pellet hybrid air stoves are the Twin Mini and Twin Slim; in hydro, it is the Soft.

Which versions exist on a Girolami?

Depending on the model: output, colour, ducting, loading kit, heating type. Each orderable version is listed on the product page with its list price and its code.

What is the lead time on a Biotec Evo boiler?

On order, generally 4 to 6 weeks. We confirm the actual lead time on receipt of the purchase order.
