Questions before signing up
How long does approval take?
Usually less than 24 working hours. We check the VAT number and the business activity. If an application is incomplete, we call you before deciding.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Free delivery in Belgium starts at €2,050 excl. VAT per order; below that, the actual transport costs are shown before confirmation.
How does payment work?
No online payment. First orders are paid by bank transfer before dispatch; after that, 30-day terms can be opened depending on volume and history.
Can my competitors see my discounts?
No. Only the list price is public. Your net price appears only in your session, and we never pass one customer's price grid on to another.
Do you deliver outside Belgium?
Yes, to France, the Netherlands, Luxembourg and Germany: exempt intra-Community supply, with no Belgian VAT, for a business with a valid VAT number. Lead times of 3 to 10 working days depending on destination and stock.
