A distributor is more than a price list. Here is what we do to keep your jobs moving, from the quote to after-sales.
Stock in Hélécine
The fastest-moving references (Cherie 9+ Evo, Blade, Tweed 90+, Vert, Kaisai wall-mounted units) are in stock in our Hélécine warehouse. An order for stock items placed before 2 pm ships the same day or the next day.
What is not in stock is ordered on the current manufacturer price list. Availability is shown on each product page and we confirm the actual lead time in the order acknowledgement, usually the same day.

Technical support, before and after installation
A sizing to check, a flue outlet that raises a question, a hydraulic diagram for a hydro stove or a boiler, a multi-split configuration: you talk to a technician who knows the appliances, not a switchboard.
After installation, we remain available for error codes, combustion settings and first commissioning. You do not have to call the manufacturer in Italy or Poland.

After-sales and warranty
Edilkamin, EK63, Girolami and Kaisai warranty claims go through us: we find the cause with you, open the claim with the manufacturer and order the genuine parts. You need the model, the serial number and the commissioning date.
A private individual whose installer can no longer be reached can also write to us: we refer them to a technician in our network.
Spare parts
Door seals, igniters, sensors, fans, augers, remote controls: the common consumables for Edilkamin, EK63 and Girolami are in stock. Specific parts are ordered from the manufacturer, usually within 48 to 72 hours.
For Kaisai, we order parts from the Klima-Therm Group. Give us the model code and the serial number, we take care of the order.
A network that receives requests from private individuals
We do not sell to private individuals: those who contact us are referred to installers in our network. The dealers listed on our "Where to buy" page receive the requests from their area.
Documentation ready to hand to the customer
Each product page gathers the data sheet, the installation and user manual and, where it exists, the declaration of conformity. You download them before the quote and hand them to the customer at handover.
Product images can be used in your quotes and on your social media, in line with the brands' guidelines.
Clear commercial terms
The list price shown is the manufacturer's public price excl. VAT. Your discounted net price is calculated automatically in your session. No discount is published, and no customer's prices are disclosed to another.
No online payment. First orders are paid by bank transfer before dispatch; after that, depending on volume and history, 30-day terms can be opened. Invoicing by New Energy Lab SRL: Belgian VAT, or exempt intra-Community supply (Article 39bis of the Belgian VAT Code) for a business in another EU country with a valid VAT number.
