New Energy Lab, distributor for installers
A Belgian company that distributes four heating and air conditioning brands to professionals, with the stock, technical support and after-sales service that go with them.
Last updated: 10 October 2026
New Energy Lab is the official distributor of Edilkamin, EK63, Girolami and Kaisai for Belgium. We are also an authorised Girolami Service Center.
What we do
We supply stove fitters, HVAC engineers, multi-trade installers and merchants: the manufacturers' official price lists, discounted net prices for approved accounts, stock in Belgium, technical support, after-sales service and genuine parts.
We do not sell to private individuals and we do not install. A private individual who contacts us is referred to an installer in our network, who quotes for the installation and commissions the appliance.
Where we come from
New Energy Lab is an SRL (private limited company) under Belgian law, registered with the Crossroads Bank for Enterprises under number BE 1027.284.537. It started out distributing energy equipment for installers; in 2026, we refocused the business on wood and pellet heating and on reversible air conditioning.
The team works with partner installers in Wallonia. This link with the field gives us direct feedback on the appliances we sell: what installs well, what comes back for after-sales service, what end customers ask for.
How we choose a brand
Three criteria, in this order: reliability observed on jobs, parts availability, and clear ranges, so that you can explain the choice to your customer in two minutes.
Edilkamin, its EK63 brand and Girolami are Italian manufacturers that design and produce their own appliances. Kaisai is the own brand of a European HVAC group, with a full catalogue, on R32 for the splits. Other brands will follow, only if they pass the three criteria.
What we do not do
- Sales reserved for professionals with an active VAT number
- Confidential net prices, never shown publicly
- No installation: private individuals go through an installer in our network
