Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum purchase?
No. Free delivery in Belgium starts from €2,050 excl. VAT per order. Your discount follows your actual business.
Can I take on just one brand?
Yes. You choose the brands you want to represent; your "Where to buy" listing shows only those.
I already have a trade account. Do I need to apply again?
No. Write to us from your account's email address: we add your company to the network after a conversation.
Which details of my company are published?
The trading name, town, telephone number and website, plus the brands and services you choose. Nothing is published without your agreement, and you can remove your listing at any time.
