Choosing the flue for a stove

Therminox is an insulated twin-wall flue. The TI version, with a stainless steel outer wall, goes outside; the galvanised ZI version goes indoors. It takes wood, pellets, gas and oil, for flue gases up to 450 °C (class T450 under EN 1856-1). For a pellet stove that draws its air from outside, the PGI concentric flue brings combustion air through the air gap around the flue, in 80/130 or 100/150.

Between the stove and the flue, the exposed connection is made with matt black enamelled flue pipe (Ø 80 and 100 with seals for pellets, Ø 130 to 200 for wood) or black-painted Start-Inox. Each product page gives the Poujoulat article codes by diameter and, where Poujoulat publishes one for Belgium, the range's declaration of performance.
