Why go through an installer
A stove or an air conditioner is chosen to suit the house: flue, air supply, power supply, refrigerant pipework, output. The installer checks all this on site, fits the appliance, commissions it and remains your point of contact for servicing.
For air conditioning, installing and commissioning a split system requires a technician certified for refrigerants, working for an approved company. The installers in our network who fit air conditioning meet both requirements.
Frequently asked questions
Can I buy directly from New Energy Lab?
No. We sell to professionals with a VAT number. A private individual goes through an installer in our network, who gives you a quote including installation and handles commissioning.
How long before I am contacted?
We usually pass on your request within 2 working days. The installer then calls you directly to arrange a visit.
Are my details passed on to several companies?
No. With your consent, we pass them on to the installer chosen for your project, and only so that they can contact you about it.
I have not chosen a model yet. Is that a problem?
No. State the type of appliance and, if you know it, the floor area to heat or cool: the installer advises you on site.
My installer is not on the list. Can they install one of your brands?
Yes, if they have a trade account with us. Tell them about the "Become a dealer" page: registration is free.
